i can see the oak tree in the bad hollow image..how long did it take you to get to your point of view in oaktreeimage nice walk..those pictures lokks like my work when i was in my 18 or 20's..wonderfull time..hope you have a good time too.you bring back memorys..kind regards dietmar

Isn't the same oak. Those remainings of previous woods were cared for their wood, fireplaces and workwood, most trees there looks the same.

My latest pictures are a walk back to my own memories returning to the same places. As the times goes by, memories are vanishing, as well as the lifestyle I knew there. Forgotten fields, diminishing woods lacking care, wrecked farms... This is an attempt to document the way down of this lifestyle in a more or less small area that we know inhabited even before the written history came up.

I haven't succeded yet into my goal of finding somebody else I knew there. Everything seems forsaken, or closed as temporary huts in stormy days. Hope the luck turns up soon, it will be sad to say that all is lost.
