La Nikonos es una cámara distinta en muchos aspectos. Se diseñó para ser compacta y resistente, y ese compromiso determina su manejo y aspecto, como el método de disparo y selección de velocidad integrados en la palanca de arrastre, la carga de la película, así como el contador de exposiciones en la base de la cámara, o los mandos laterales de los objetivos. El resultado es una cámara extraña de manejar para quien se acerca a ella por primera vez, pero tremendamente efectiva una vez que nos hemos habituado a ella.
Mi objetivo en este artículo es dar una visión general de la Nikonos, así como una serie de notas al estilo de las FAQ para comenzar a sacar partido a esta cámara casi inmediatamente.
The Nikonos is a special camera in many ways. It was designed to be compact and tought, and this commitment determines their handling and looks, things like the shutter release and speed selector integrated over the film-advance lever, the film loading procedure, the frame counter located at the bottom side, or the side knobs in lenses to adjust their settings. The result its a camera with a strange handling for the novice, but terrifically effective when we get used to it.
My goal with this article is to give a general, but concise, view about the Nikonos's nuts and bolts, as well as several notes in the FAQ style to help anyone to get started succesfully almost inmediately with it.
